RETURN & REFUND POLICY

DSA Lash Supplies will offer returns and/or exchange for items purchased within 7 days of receiving the goods on the condition that

1. We DO NOT exchange/refund on Sale items or change of mind purchase and or wrong selection

2. Products have not been used or opened (removed from plastic).

Returned item/s for return/exchange must be returned in its original condition, unopened,unused and free of damage

3. The products are not adhesives, cosmetics, gel pads or the like (sanitary reasons).

4. Damaged/Faulty products will only be honoured within the 7 day period for our return/refund policy.  

5. The customer must first contact DSA Lash Supplies of the return/exchange for approval via dsalashsupplies@hotmail.com

attached with images/videos and reason for return, no return returned item/s will be refunded/exchanged otherwise.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) PANDEMIC

Unfortunately due to the current situation Australia is facing we have decided to take safety precautions and indefinitely disable any refunds or exchanges on all our products.

We apologise for the inconveniences that this decision may cause but we are prioritising your health and safety.
